Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 May 2026
1. Who we are
TasbihPulse is operated by Adil Umer (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By accessing or using TasbihPulse (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
TasbihPulse is a mobile-first zikr (Islamic remembrance) counter that helps you track recitations, save history, follow daily plans, and access additional learning content. Premium plans unlock custom zikrs, extended statistics, the full library, and other features.
4. Account and accuracy
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party;
- upload malware, probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer the Service;
- resell, redistribute, or sublicense access without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Adil Umer or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (e.g., custom zikrs). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
8. Payments, subscriptions and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
9. Service level
We work hard to keep TasbihPulse running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; locally stored data on your device remains under your control.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your user content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Seller's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
