Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 21 May 2026

1. Who we are

TasbihPulse is operated by Adil Umer (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By accessing or using TasbihPulse (the "Service"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

TasbihPulse is a mobile-first zikr (Islamic remembrance) counter that helps you track recitations, save history, follow daily plans, and access learning content. The Service is completely free and ad-free. There is no premium plan, paid tier, or subscription, and we do not show advertising of any kind. Cloud sync, calendar tracking, progress tracking, daily plan setup, and Google Calendar export unlock free upon signup. The only payment we ever accept is a voluntary, one-time contribution to support the project, which unlocks nothing additional.

4. Account and accuracy

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a binding contract.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or spam;
  • infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party;
  • upload malware, probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • scrape, harvest, or reverse engineer the Service;
  • resell, redistribute, or sublicense access without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, design, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Adil Umer or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial remembrance practice.

7. User content

You retain ownership of content you create in the Service (e.g., personal reflections and zikr requests). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Voluntary contributions and Merchant of Record

The Service is free. You are never required to pay for any feature. You may optionally make a one-time voluntary contribution to support hosting and continued development — it is a gift, not a purchase, and grants no additional features, content, or entitlements. Nothing recurs and there are no subscriptions to cancel.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, and tax mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work hard to keep TasbihPulse running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; locally stored data on your device remains under your control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to any amounts you contributed in the 12 months preceding the claim (which may be zero, as the Service is free). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as fraud or personal injury).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your user content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Seller's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

15. Contact
