If you are not satisfied with TasbihPulse Premium, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
2. Locate your TasbihPulse subscription and select "Request a refund".
3. Or contact our support and we'll help facilitate the refund with Paddle.

After the refund window

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. technical issues, accidental renewals). You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription portal — cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
