TasbihPulse™ is operated by Adil Umer and is completely free and ad-free — there is no premium plan, paid tier, subscription, or advertising. The only payment we ever accept is an optional, one-time contribution to support the project, which unlocks nothing extra.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you made a voluntary contribution and change your mind, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the contribution date — for any reason. Since the app is free, refunding a contribution never affects your access to any feature.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout.
- Locate your TasbihPulse™ contribution and select "Request a refund".
- Or contact our support and we'll help facilitate the refund with Paddle.
After the refund window
After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis (e.g. duplicate or accidental contributions). Contributions are one-time only — nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
